Vacation Care is responsible for calculating the budget and agreeing the management charge with the Club Committee. You will receive an annual statement of your management charge, which is your contribution to the running costs of the Club and according to the Club rules you are obliged to pay. To assist Members with making their payments Vacation Care have several easy methods:

1) Sterling Cheque
2) Monthly Direct Debit.

There is a certain criteria which must be fulfilled in order for Members to obtain the best exchange possibilities. Criteria is based, amongst other things, on check-in and check-out operations and resorts facilities.

About two months before your holiday, you will be sent a Vacation Care Planner. By completing and returning this it will help us to know your exact holiday requirements and when you intend to arrive. With this information we can get your holiday off to a really great start.

Vacation Care offers a range of services that include flights, holiday insurance, car hire, the rental of additional nights or weeks and exchange of your weeks to other weeks within your own resort. All of this from our London office. At the resort you can be assured that you can benefit from a range of holiday services such as excursions, money exchange, entertainment and bars and restaurants.

Each of the apartments is fully furnished with fully fitted kitchens. On arrival your holiday home will be clean with clean sheets and towels and you will receive maid and laundry services during the week. Vacation Care are responsible for the gardening, pool management and other services on the resort.
