If you have received your management charge statement, you can make your payment using one of the following methods:

• CREDIT CARD (Visa/Mastercard)

Please complete the remittance advice on the front of your statement or call us 0871 221 1414 to make a payment by credit or debit card.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS CAN ONLY BE TRANSACTED IN UK POUNDS STERLING.

We will be introducing the ability to pay by credit card online during November 2009.

• MEMBERS WITH A UK BANK ACCOUNT

You can spread your payment over twelve months using the direct debit scheme, for which there is a 6.75% service charge. Please email or telephone if you would like to be sent a Direct Debit mandate.

• STERLING PERSONAL CHEQUES

Please make your sterling cheques payable to Crown Resorts and forward to:

Your remittance advice must be included with your cheque and your reference number and Club name should be written on the reverse of your cheque. If you fail to provide this information and your cheque
gets separated from your remittance advice we may be unable to allocate your payment correctly to your account.

Members with a UK bank account can make a payment, in favour of Crown Resorts, using electronic banking.
